This is the prototype of a "new" hungarian full low floor articulated bus, unfortunatelly only this one has been built yet, the company (located in Debrecen) hasn't produced any other articulated bus since that. 19 may 2008 - Szentendre, BKV Public Transport Museum. Only 2 Ikarus 260 type trolleybus were built in Hungary, this was the first one in the middle '70s. The body was originally made for a "Volán" company (that's why it is not red, than the other trolleys in Budapest), BKV bought it and equipped it with a ZIU-5 main electric. Although, this was a quite good trolleybus in that days, Budapest bought ZIU-9s, because the russian vehicles were much more cheaper.
