14 september 2018 - Minsk, Belarus - Belkommunmash factory: One of two four-axle trams being built for an unknown customer - the only identification I could find was a label saying "#23 and #3". I expect one of you will know where these two trams will be going when they are completed? I didn`t see any more of this batch.
