| Bo-Bo electric locomotice built for Metropolitan Railway passenger services, hauling trains of wooden coaches. Replaced in 1964, then became a works shunter. Named "John Hampden" by LT in 1933. Another of these locomotives is kept in working order by TfL. | ||

26 june 2010 - London (GB) – LT Museum. Another memory for me was these fine electric locomotives that hauled ex-steam coaches on the Metropolitan line until 1964. You could open the coach doors in the tunnels!! Another loco of this class is fully operational and can sometimes be seen out and about in London and the southeast.
