20 april 2008 - Londyn (London Borough of Harrow).

15 june 2008 - London, Northwick Park station (Metropolitan Line). A slow train to Watford is about to stop at this lovely little stop with a great view onto Wembley stadium. The Met is the most complicated tube line of them all, with 3 kinds of services operating: slows to Uxbridge or Watford, stopping at all stops; semi-fasts to Watford, calling at Baker St., Wembley Park, Harrow-on-the-Hill and all stations west; and fast services, calling only Baker St., Wembley Park, Harrow-on-the-Hill, Moor Park, and all stations west. The role of the slow trains between Baker St. and Wembley Park is played by the Jubilee Line, whereas west of Harrow-on-the-Hill the fast trains run on the same tracks as the Chiltern Railways DMUs. You just can't not like the London Underground :)

29 september 2012 - London (GB) – Amersham. The special tour of ‘A’ Stock paused at Amersham station so participants could take a lunch break – and buy all kinds of memorabilia from a shop which was set up on the platform. People were walking away with all kinds of ‘A’ Stock stuff, including luggage racks which will no doubt be proudly displayed in several men’s homes tonight (although what their wives will say when they arrive home with these is another matter!). I apologise for the quite well known Polish idiot who somehow got into this photo.

29 september 2012 - London (GB) – West Harrow. Near the end of its final journey, the tour passes West Harrow on the Uxbridge line, once a regular stop for these trains. For the record, the second car set in this special tour was #5034. Now, they will go to the big train depot in the sky, with all services now being operated by new trains.

29 september 2012 - London (GB) – Farringdon. Earlier today, Transport for London operated the very last train of 1960-built ‘A’ Stock on the Metropolitan Line as a special train, costing £25 for a ticket. Despite the high price, hundreds of people turned up, with hundreds more watching along the route. Here, the train is passing Farringdon station at the start of its journey.

10 march 2012 - Amersham.

11 november 2007 - London Borough of Lewisham, New Cross Gate. Skład poczciwych dziaduniów wyrusza w niespełna 15-minutową trasę do Whitechapel.
